The salute other day may be wrong but the salute doesn't mean that she is a follower (protector) or a servant of Maryam Safdar (Nawaz). I don't know the reason of her salute and even I was surprised but in my personal point of view we should let it go, there could be numerous reasons.
As per latest NEWS, High Court Advocate Amna Ali has sent a legal notice to SP special branch Arsala Saleem for saluting Maryam Nawaz.
